By accessing or using PlotMyCareer you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use PlotMyCareer on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation.

PlotMyCareer extracts text from resumes you upload, scores how cleanly applicant tracking systems are likely to parse them, scores how closely their content matches a job description you supply, suggests improvements, generates optimized resume drafts, and exports PDF and DOCX files. It is a writing and analysis tool. It is not a recruitment agency, an employer, a career-outcome guarantee, or a legal or immigration advisor.

Summaries, bullet rewrites, skills groupings, cover letters, interview questions and improvement suggestions are produced by large language models. They are drafting aids, not verified statements of fact. Although our system is explicitly instructed never to invent employers, dates, degrees, certifications or metrics, model output can still contain errors, awkward phrasing, or wording that overstates your experience.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you supply and of any document you download. PlotMyCareer does not verify employment, education, licences or references. Misrepresentation on a resume can cost you a role or lead to termination — the responsibility for verification sits with you, before you submit an application.

Our parseability score is a rule-based assessment of structural risks (multi-column layouts, non-standard headings, contact details in headers, image-only PDFs, unsupported characters). Our job-match score is an AI-estimated comparison against the job description you provide. Both are described in the product as estimates.

• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or integrated into Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, iCIMS, Lever or any other ATS vendor.
• Scores do not represent the internal score any employer's system will assign to your resume.
• No score, ranking or optimization guarantees an interview, a shortlist, or employment of any kind.
• We explicitly make no "100% ATS-proof" or "guaranteed pass" claim, and you should not represent our scores that way.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlotMyCareer and its operators are not liable for lost job opportunities, lost income, reputational harm, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its scores or generated content.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.

You may stop using PlotMyCareer and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, abuses the AI features, threatens platform security, or is used for unlawful purposes. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to export your documents; for serious breaches suspension may be immediate.

Core features are currently offered without charge. If we introduce premium plans, the following will apply and will be presented to you before you pay:

• Prices, billing period, included usage limits and applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the stated period until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Payments are handled by a PCI-compliant third-party processor; we never store full card details.
• Refunds: within 14 days of a first purchase, we will refund unused subscriptions on request. Consumed AI generations and downloaded documents are non-refundable, except where refund rights are mandated by your local consumer law.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, model provider outages, rate limits, or infrastructure incidents can interrupt analysis or generation. We may add, modify, or discontinue features, scoring rules, or AI models at any time; scores generated before a change may differ from scores generated after it.

PlotMyCareer depends on third-party services for hosting, authentication, storage, AI inference, analytics and, in future, payments. Your use of those integrations — for example signing in with Google — is also governed by that provider's terms. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, outages or content of third-party services, or for external websites we link to.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally. We ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The "Last updated" date will change and material updates will be communicated in the app or by email. Continuing to use PlotMyCareer after an update means you accept the revised terms.
